The Vision Lab - Episode 38

How 3D scanning is used in JLI to elevate our performance

3D scanning is a rapidly evolving field, and at JLI, we are taking advantage of this by using techniques like NeRFs and Gaussian Splatting to quickly create detailed 3D models for fast prototyping, documentation, etc. In this video, artificial intelligence engineer Jonathan Gundorph Jansen explains the two techniques and how we make use of them.
